Dear Community Members,
This Eid al-Adha, we’re planning on putting together an unforgettable Eid celebration for the whole community: an indoor Eid Game Fest & Movie Night!
Insha’Allah, on Sunday, June 15th we will transform the Franconia Fire Station into a festival filled with arcade and carnival games, fun prizes, and local vendors selling food, drinks, and treats. And as the evening winds down, we will also gather for a cozy indoor movie screening!
But to make to make this celebration possible, we need YOUR help! We’re seeking sponsors to help us cover the full $3,000 cost of the game rentals, delivery, setup, and staffing. By contributing, you’ll help us create a fun, meaningful experience for over 200 community members while keeping it accessible and affordable for all.
Sponsorship Includes:
- Logo and/or name recognition on all event materials (flyers, posters, social media)
- On-site signage at the games area
- Special thank-you post on MakeSpace’s social media and email newsletter
- A chance to be part of a high-impact, high-visibility community celebration
